The first ever BCA Central & Eastern Europe Gala took place on May 6 at the Radisson Blu Carlton Hotel in Bratislava, celebrating the very best bars, bartenders, and hospitality professionals across the region.
Selected by a jury of more than 450 industry members, this year’s winners represent outstanding achievements in cocktail culture, creativity, service, and atmosphere across Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Serbia, and Slovakia.
